Stilettos
Although many women love the way they look in stilettos,
if they are unable to walk in them, chances are that these shoes might
not be the best things to wear. A woman who wants to learn to walk in
stilettos must:
• Have the proper fit – It is very important that these
shoes fit properly. The fact is that stilettos that are too big, too
small, too tight or too loose can be pretty much impossible to walk
in. It is best to make sure that these shoes fit exactly right before
a woman tries to walk in them. Shoes that do not fit properly could
injure the wearer.
• Build up muscles – For a woman to walk in stilettos,
she must be able to have strong ankles and calves. By doing exercises
to strengthen these muscles, a woman is more likely to have success
while walking in these shoes.
• Stand – A woman must be able to stand in stilettos before
she can walk in them. As a woman stands in stilettos, she can get used
to the way she needs to balance her weight in order to be able to stand
up straight.
• Walk (slowly) – A woman who attempts to walk in stilettos
too quickly is likely to wind up on the floor within a matter of seconds.
It is best to start off walking on a hardwood floor. Once a woman is
comfortable doing this, she can then move on to walking on a carpeted
floor.
After a woman has mastered all of these things, she then can feel comfortable
wearing stilettos out of the house.
